Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Finrob platform operated by Finrob Limited ("Finrob", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Finrob is an AI-powered research platform for cryptocurrency and financial markets. The platform provides access to 18+ specialised AI research tools, real-time on-chain analytics, market data, and multi-model AI via a pay-per-query model. There are no subscriptions — you pay only for queries you submit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Finrob. The platform is not available in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited by applicable law.

3. Payments

x402 Protocol

Payments are processed via the x402 protocol on the Base blockchain. Queries are charged in USDC at the rates displayed on the platform at the time of submission. By submitting a query, you authorise the corresponding USDC payment from your connected wallet.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a query is processed, the associated fee has been consumed by computational resources, API calls, and data provider costs. Exceptions may be granted at Finrob's sole discretion in cases of platform error.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust per-query pricing. Changes will be displayed on the platform before they take effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Finrob to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Manipulate markets or engage in any form of market abuse
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data at scale from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise Finrob outputs without our written consent
• Submit queries designed to circumvent safety systems or extract harmful content
• Impersonate other users or entities

5. Not Financial Advice

All content generated by Finrob is for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Finrob AI agents may make errors, omit information, or produce inaccurate results. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Finrob platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Finrob Limited. Research outputs generated by the platform are provided for your personal use. You retain no intellectual property rights over platform infrastructure or AI models.

7. Third-Party Services

Finrob integrates with third-party data providers including Glassnode, CoinGecko, Perplexity, Tavily, and AI model providers. Availability of specific tools may vary depending on these providers. Finrob is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finrob Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
