Finrob Limited ("Finrob", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AI research platform at finrob.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including:

• Queries submitted to Finrob AI agents
• Research tools accessed and features used
• Session duration, timestamps, and frequency of use
• Device type, browser, operating system, and IP address

Payment Information

Finrob uses the x402 protocol on the Base blockchain for pay-per-query payments. Transactions are settled in USDC on-chain. We do not store private keys or wallet credentials. On-chain transaction hashes and wallet addresses associated with payments are recorded for billing purposes.

Communications

If you contact us via email, we retain the content of that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your queries and deliver AI research results
• To verify payments and maintain billing records
• To improve the platform, models, and research tools
• To send transactional emails (query receipts, account notices)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Data Providers

To deliver research results, Finrob queries the following third-party services on your behalf. Your queries may be processed by these providers:

• Glassnode — on-chain analytics (200+ blockchain metrics)
• CoinGecko — real-time market prices and historical data
• Perplexity — web search and news aggregation
• Tavily — web research and content extraction
• DefiLlama — DeFi protocol and TVL data
• OpenRouter / Anthropic / OpenAI / Google — AI model inference

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We do not share personally identifiable information with these providers beyond what is necessary to process your query.

4. Data Retention

Query logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and quality improvement, after which they are anonymised or deleted. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and restricted access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
